SHIPPING POLICY

All Shipping for FLY Gummies is done through USPS for both US domestic orders (flat fee of $10.40 per shipment) and International orders. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for domestic deliveries, excluding Sundays and holidays, and up to 14 days for international deliveries.

 

USPS Shipping: Priority Mail Express shipping policies state that delivery time will vary based upon the origin and destination zip codes. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website.

Effective June 6, 2019, the Postal Service™ revised Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted, and Perishable Mail, to add new section 453.37, “Hemp-based Products,” which provides new mailing standards for products derived from cannabis and industrial hemp. The Agricultural Act of 2014, Pub. L. 113-79 (“2014 Farm Bill”), introduced a new “industrial hemp” category of cannabis, and authorized states to implement programs for the cultivation of industrial hemp.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY: DOMESTIC USA SALES

To be eligible for a return, any items purchased in the USA must be returned and unopened in the original packaging they were shipped in by the seller. Any alteration to the packaging or item will unfortunately make it ineligible for a return. In addition, FLY requires that all products must be returned within 21 days of purchase in order for the products to be eligible for a refund/return/exchange. Shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds. 

 

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customers of the approval or rejection of their refund. Once approved, the customer's refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to their original method of payment within 14 days.

FLY will not offer refunds or exchanges for items/coupons purchased from any third-party dealers/resellers and will void all warranty as we have no control over how those third parties are treating our product after they receive them.

RETURN POLICY: INTERNATIONAL SALES

All international sales are final.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If the customer hasn't received a refund within 14 days of receiving an email notifying the customer that the product has been received, they should:

1) Check their bank account once more.
2) Contact their credit card company (it may take some time before a refund is officially posted).
3) Contact their bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).

If the customer has done all of the above, but still does not see their refund, please contact us at

We accept Debit and Credit Cards. All transactions are processed through Square and Bankful.
